The LSAT

Be warned that this post is a little mushy, because it's all about ZJ Smart.

For anyone who doesn't know, the LSAT is the Law School Admission Test. It basically determines your future. No pressure or anything. It is weighed heavily by all law schools in consideration for admission. So it's kinda important.

Last year in June he took the LSAT for the first time and ended up cancelling his score. He just didn't feel so good about it. This means that you don't get to see your score and it's a chance to just get rid of that test altogether.

So last month (a year later), he gave it a go again. This is kind of our last opportunity for him to take it before we have to start applying so we had to make it count. He finished his finals at the beginning of May and immediately got to work studying for the LSAT to be able to take it June 6th. This is a month. One month. Lots of people study for a year, or years.
All I need to say is that my husband is ridiculous. As in, ridiculously smart. We waited THREE WEEKS for him to get his score back and it did not disappoint. We had to read and re-read his score when we got it because he ROCKED IT made it into the 92nd percentile. This means we now have a shot to get into pretty much any of the schools we were looking at, including BYU.

I am a proud wife.

Also, his summer Albert Einstein math class started on June 26th and he started a new job at Educator's Mutual Insurance.

He's amazing and I had to say it. Through all of this, he has been extremely supportive of me finishing nursing school, taking the NCLEX and trying to find an RN job. He never lets me down, and even does the dishes when I'm not around.

My husband's a rock star. We're so excited to see where the next year takes us. Lots of changes around the Smart home.
